About E.D.A.
The Executive Director Academy is a training organization dedicated to developing the next generation of senior living leaders. We design and deliver small-cohort, in-person classes that combine workshops and executive coaching. Our curriculum is built with direct input from an experienced operator and focuses on the skills that matter most in the role: leading teams, managing finances, ensuring compliance, and representing communities with integrity.
About the Instructor
E.D.A. is led by Paul Markovich, a sales professional turned Executive Director, Regional Director, and VP of Operations. Having walked the path himself, Paul knows the difference between theory and practice. He brings a plainspoken, real-world approach to teaching, sharing the lessons he wishes he’d had at the start of his career—so participants leave not just with knowledge, but with the confidence and presence to lead effectively. As a bonus, all attendees receive ongoing career support. Even after the classes end!
